This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the related Communiqué on the Obligation to Inform, to explain how we process personal data collected through www.reviottmanagement.com and our communication channels. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

- Receiving, assessing and responding to analysis, proposal and information requests
- Conducting meetings and contractual processes for the services you request
- Carrying out communication activities
- Ensuring the security of the website
- Fulfilling legal obligations and providing information to competent authorities
4. Collection Method and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through our analysis request form, email, telephone and WhatsApp. It is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- It is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
- It is necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç)
- It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f)
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Within the limits of the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our email, hosting and IT service providers, our legal advisers and, upon request, competent public authorities, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. 7. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
- claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
8. How to Apply
In line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your request in writing with information identifying you to our address above, to our KEP address, or from your registered email address to info@reviottmanagement.com. Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on their nature.
